This Privacy Policy describes how Olek Law Benefit LLC (the “Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information you provide via oleklaw.com (the “Site”) as well as through other means.

If you wish to designate an authorized agent to make access or deletion requests on your behalf, you must provide that authorized agent with signed written documentation authorizing them to do so. We reserve the right to contact you and verify your identity and confirm that you authorized them to make such a request before processing it. If, following reasonable attempts to communicate with you, we are unable to obtain such verification and confirmation, we reserve the right not to process such a request.

Information retained for archival or business continuity purposes may be retained for an additional period of time until overwritten or no longer needed.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
