Olek Law Benefit LLC is a benefit company.
That means we are required and allowed to consider the impact of our actions on other stakeholders like customers, employees and partners, society, and the environment in addition to our owners.
We care passionately about the world we live in and want to leave it better than we found it.
We provide free and reduced-priced services to social impact and environmental organizations and donate a portion of our proceeds to charitable causes.
About the Founder
Andy Olek has practiced law for over 24 years, more than half of it as a General Counsel of multiple tech companies. He created two in-house legal teams from scratch and helped to build WeddingWire from an early stage start-up into a global category leader through multiple domestic and international acquisitions, a $350M private equity investment, and a $900M take-private combination with The Knot. He is a pragmatic operator who loves to help companies grow.
